Our team is happy to be bringing you this new service in addition to the support you have some to accept. We provide technical support over the phone on almost all major manufacturer software, hardware, and networking products. If a problem cannot be resolved, we will dispatch the call to an on-site service provider.

This program includes:
  • 24/7 Help Desk and Call Dispatch service, (U.S. based) excluding holidays (ask about exceptions)
  • Technical support on desktop, server, network, connectivity and hardware diagnostics
  • Dispatch for on-site repairs to the service provider designated by the solution provider

We have two levels of support: Full Support or Desktop Support

Full Support debits a point value based on call type. Points are purchased in 100, 200, 500, or 1,000 point increments. These points are valid for one year from the date of purchase and additional points may be added at any time during the contract. When the incident is resolved, the correct number of points are deducted from the customer’s balance. This service is supported 24/7; includes support for Desktop, Server, and Supported Hardware listed below.

Desktop Support provides unlimited call usage per user. This service is valid for one year from the date of purchase, with a minimum of five users per contract. This service can be purchased for 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday or for extended hours 24/7. Support only includes desktop applications and operating systems listed below.
